Chef and owner Edward Kowalski is a professionally trained CIA graduate, class of 1998. He has been catering for 12 years professionally and opened Crave Restaurant and Lounge after having recently opening Lola's Café and Catering in August 2005 to rave reviews. Ed was a 40 under 40 winner in 2008, recognized by the local Chamber of Commerce for his community involvement, professionalism and quality service. Crave features only the freshest seafood, hand cut beef, and signature dishes as has already been demonstrated at Lola's.

Executive Chef Catherine Williams is also a graduate of the CIA, class of 2001. Catherine has come back to her home town after spending the last 8 years in the Virginia area. She opened Village Square Restaurant in Winchester, VA, Grandale Farm Restaurant, and was also trained at the Lightfoot Restaurant and Magnolia's. Catherine brings a dynamic style to Crave and is the Executive Chef responsible for delighting patrons with Contemporary American cuisine here at Crave Restaurant & Lounge.

Sous Chef Craig Capano is also an alumni of the Culinary Institute of America, class of 2009. Craig was born and raised in the Hudson Valley and during his studies at the CIA externed at Del Possto under Mario Batalli/ Bastianich group. Craig rounds out our kitchen staff with his creative plating techniques and homemade pastas.
